A complete proposal to the Adolph Coors Foundation should include all of the following:

• One-page signed cover letter
• Legal name and address of applicant organization
• Contact person and telephone number
• Most recent copy of IRS letter of tax exemption with tax identification number
• Date of establishment and brief history
• Mission statement
• Detail of unique aspects of program and relationships to other similar programs
• Purpose and amount of grant requested, substantiation of need, project budget and anticipated results
• Most recent evaluation of program outcomes and method for determining impact
• Financial statement for most recent year end, preferably a copy of the audit
• Current income and expense budget
• Major funding sources and amounts provided
• Names and occupations of board members and officers
• Total amount of funding donated by board members
• Number of volunteers and number of volunteer hours contributed
• In-kind contributions received

The Adolph Coors Foundation also accepts the Colorado Common Grant Application.
